Symptom

Last column of Crystal Report missing when viewed in InfoView or CMC

Environment

Business Objects Enterprise 3.1

Crystal Reports 2008

Cause

Horizontal page size of Crystal Report is not enough to accommodate all the columns

Resolution

  1. Open the report in Crystal Report Designer
  2. Go to File->Page Setup
  3. Check "Dissociate Formatting Page Size and Printer Paper Size" checkbox
  4. Increase Horizontal Page Size to accommodate all the columns in Report
  5. Save the Report back to Enterprise
  6. View the Report, It will show all the columns
