1536256 - Output disappears from sales documents upon saving

Symptom

  • Output type in a sales document to be processed with dispatch time 4 (Send immediately).
  • When the sales document is saved, this output is not processed.
  • The output type disappeared, when the sales document is opened again in change or display mode.
  • When the output is processed with a dispatch time different from 4, the output does not disappear, but is also not processed and never gets status 'Successfully processed' or 'Incorrectly processed'.

Prerequisite:

  • Customer own processing program
