1536503 - Refreshing report from Crystal Report Viewer on InfoView gets unexpected timeout

• When refreshing a report from Crystal Reports Viewer on InfoView, prompt dialog is supposed to pop up but viewer shows blank page and the dialog never appears
• When refreshing a report from Crystal Reports Viewer on InfoView, it's usually updated within few minutes but it sometimes reaches unexpected session timeout even only one user uses BOE
• Refreshing the report again works most of times
• Error event from source "PageServerChildCrash" is logged in the Application Event log
• Enabling trace log for the Crystal Report Processing Server's child process doesn't have useful information. It stops logging and doesn't have the detail when crash happens
