Reproducing the Issue

  1. Start Crystal Reports 2008 installation
  2. Select ‘typical’ or ‘Custom’ installation
  3. The installation does not move ahead of the 'Determining your disk space requirements. Please wait..' screen

Resolution

  1. Start Crystal Reports 2008 installation
  2. Select ‘Custom’ installation
  3. Add the ‘French’ language along with ‘English’ at the ‘Language Selection’ Screen
  4. Select other required options
  5. Now, the Crystal Reports 2008 installation will be successful
