Symptom

  • Viewing WebI reports connecting to Sybase generate Invalid session error WIH 00013.
  • Scheduling the same report generates the error, web intelligence server cannot be reached.
  • Creating a new report in Java Report Panel generates the error, your session timeout. you need to log out and log in again.
  • WebI Processing Server restart itself at the time of these errors.
