1537411 - Java RAS Doesn't Apply Record Selection Filter When Printing

Symptom

Using the RAS PrintOutputController and then using byteArrayOutputStream to stream the report to a location on the server.  When it runs, the report doesn't apply the filter in the record selection criteria.  It runs and exports the whole report data without restricting to the selection criteria within the report object.

Other symptoms include:

* When the filter is extracted from the reportClientDoc object as below,

FilterController filter = reportClientDoc.getDataDefController().getRecordFilterController();

the formulaText obtained using filter.getFormulaText() is a null string, even though there is a filter in the report.

* When accessing the published report through the CMC, it cannot be previewed and the properties cannot be viewed, even though the report appears fine in the report designer.
