1537452 - Tooltip appears when you click a check box in Xcelsius 2008

Symptom

  • The mouse cursor changes to ‘hand’ when it's on the title of the Check Box.
  • Clicking on the title of the Check Box has no effect.

Environment

  • Xcelsius 2008 Service Pack 3(Build Number 2,3,0,670)
  • Adobe Flash Player 9.0.151.0

Reproducing the Issue

1. Start Xcelsius 2008 Service Pack 3(Build Number 2,3,0,670).

2. Drag a Check Box to the canvas.

3. Go to Properties window and under General tab give some title to the Check Box.

4. Preview the dashboard.

5. Move the mouse cursor to the title of the Check Box.

6. We can see the cursor changes to ‘hand’ but clicking on the title does not take any effect.

Cause

This issue has been identified and logged under Problem Report ID: ADAPT01354785

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in Xcelsius 2008 Service Pack 3 Fix Pack 1.
