1538722 - XI 3.1 JDBC: Java Class not found in classpath

Symptom

  • When refreshing a Web Intelligence report published onto InfoView, the following error occurs:

A database error occured. The database error text is: (CS) “Java Class not found in classpath: com.businessobjects.connectionserver.java.drivers.jdbc.wrapper.JDBCWrapper” . (WS 10901)
  • Strace/Truss (Linux/Unix) provides the following output:
3121  stat64("$INSTALLDIR/bobje/com/businessobjects/connectionserver/java/drivers/jdbc/wrapper/JDBCWrapper.class", 0x5be7ceb4) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)
