• We can restrict the user from deleting he instances in general but not based on what is the status of the instance.
• The administrator should be able to restrict the users from deleting only the instances which are either running or pending.
• The user will be able to delete other instances but not those that are running or pending and thus avoid orphaned job server child processes in the task manager.
