Symptom

  • JRE 1.6 install prompt dialog box does not display when launch Java Report Panel
  • "Cannot launch Java Report Panel, please make sure you have installed a Java virtual machine." displays if the client does not have a JRE installed
  • The old version of JRE will be used to launch Java Report Panel if the client already has an older version of JRE installed
