1541116 - Error: The specified pathname contains [Space] characters. (STU00098)

Symptom

While trying to install only the Adaptive Processing Server from the Business Objects XI 3.1 installation package getting the following message:

"Input the common shared Index Directory for the Search Service Clustering

This is not the first instance of BusinessObjects Search Service on the clustering. Make sure all the servers can access the specified directory. Please restart all the servers to update the new location after installation.
>D:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\data/search"

The next screen appears with the following error:

The specified pathname contains [Space] characters. (STU00098)
