Symptom

  • Error: "Cannot Open Document. (Error:INF)" when trying to view Desktop Intelligence Report in InfoView upon explicitly denying the right 'Log on to Desktop Intelligence and view this object in CMC'.
  • Error: "Session is closed. (Error:INF)" when trying to view Web Intelligence Document in InfoView upon explicitly denying the right 'Log on to Web Intelligence and view this object in CMC'.
  • Users should be able to view the report or document in InfoView but should NOT allow them to login to the Application (Desktop Intelligence or WebI Rich Client).
