1541295 - com.tssap.dtr.pvc.repository.InitializationException: DTR web UI error

Symptom

  • When opening DTR web UI, a 500 Internal Server Error is displayed and the following error is logged in the defaultTraces of the system:

    javax.servlet.ServletException: WebdavServlet.init() failed : com.tssap.dtr.pvc.repository.InitializationException: Gave up on waiting for the response for request id=1 after 5,001 milliseconds.

  • When opening DTR web UI, the following error is displayed:

    Error [javax.servlet.ServletException:WebdavServlet.init() failed :com.tssap.dtr.pvc.repository.InitializationException".

    [EXCEPTION] {0}#1#com.sap.exception.util.SAPMissingResourceException: Missing resource (class = "com.sap.guid.GUID" ; key = "ieee802.address")" can be found in the DTR server default trace.
