Symptom

The display of the scorecard component varies as screen-size changes in Infoview.

Environment

BusinessObjects Enterprise 3.1 Service Pack 3 Fix Pack 3.

Xcelsius 2008 Service Pack 3 Fix Pack 3.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Xcelsius 2008.
  2. Create an .xlf file using the Scorecard component.
  3. Preview the dashboard.
  4. Save and export the .swf file to Infoview.
  5. View the dashboard in the Infoview.
  6. Minimize or maximize the size of the window.
  7. It shows some grid lines, border lines, which normally should not appear.
    8. The display is not correct.

Cause

The issue has been identified and logged under Technical Escalation 5000298554.

Resolution

There is currently no target Fix Pack or Service Pack scheduled for this issue. It is being reviewed by our Product Group.
