1542516 - Schedule fails when next runtime occurs

A file based event when triggred initiate schedule of a report instance, but schedule fails if recurrence next run time occurs before the complition of the schedule.

Create a file based event recurring instance for every five minutes for a report which takes atleast two minutes to run.

Crerate a file after four minutes of next runtime, the report will fail as the next run time is after one minute and the report takes two minute to run.

This is a behaviour by design.

Create another recurring instance which is based on schedule event, Such that if the first schedule instance fails it triggers the schedule event which in truns starts the execution of next recurrence based on this event.

Note : Please make sure that both the recurrence is configured with same time stamp.
