Symptom

  • Dashboard has two Tabs and a Refresh button component.
  • The Set Refresh button trigger does not trigger connectivity when displayed for the first time.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Design a Dashboard which has two tabs and a Refresh button component which is on trigger.
  2. Preview the Dashboard.
  3. The Refresh Button does not trigger the connectivity for the first time.
  4. Switch to other tab and switch back to the first tab.
  5. Notice the Refresh Button triggers the connectivity.

Cause

This issue has been identified and tracked under Problem Report ID: ADAPT01388975

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in Xcelsius 2008 Service Pack 3 Fix Pack 2.
