1542928 - Xcelsius Cache/Processing Server is Enabled, but QaaWS Connections Fail after disabling the Webi Processing Server

Symptom

  • The Xcelsius Cache and Processing Servers are both enabled and running via the Central Management Console.
  • The filter is added to the web.xml file to re-direct QaaWS to the Xcelsius Servers.
  • Disable the Webi Processing server
  • Running a QaaWS based dashboards returns the error: "Failed to generate query template: Cannot initialize Report Engine server. (Error: RWI 00226)
