Symptom

  •  When try to install Sp3 for SAP BusinessObjects Integration for SAP Solutions XI 3.1 , it gives an error: "Error 1904. Module E:\usr\sap\Business Objects\BusinessObjectsEnterprise 12.0\win32_x86\sapweb_rri.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147024770. Contact your support personnel. "
  • If you ignore this and try to proceed with the installation, it gives same error for another DLL i.e.’ sapweb_parameter.dll.’
