  • While installing BOXI 3.1 SP2 patch, after entering the CMS name, port and CMS password, the setup fails with “The install was unable to log on to the CMS. Please ensure that your User Name and Password are correct” error message.
  • The SP2 patch was installed using a user-id who is the part of BusinessObjects Enterprise Administrator.
