1543493 - Web intelligence report shows #UNAVAILABLE error when section is applied to measure objects when migrated or upgraded

Symptom

  • When a Measure object in a Web Intelligence report is set as Section, an error #UNAVAILABLE is displayed
  • The Measure is not defined as a database delegated measure
  • Removing the Section on the Measure object works with no error
  • The error appears after upgrading or migrating the report to certain patch levels of SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1
