1544053 - Webi schedules are going in to pending state intermittently and trigger after a log time after upgrading to XI 3.1 SP3.

Symptom

  • Recurring webi schedules are going in to pending state and trigger after a long time.
  • The issue is intermittent and has been observed after upgrading to XI 3.1 SP3 in a clustered environment.
  • The event viewer on one of the clustered server shows error as:
    "Reporting queued error: faulting application wireportserver.exe, version 12.3.0.601, faulting module crheapalloc.dll, version 12.3.0.601, fault address 0x00002a52."
