The Phase theme is missing from the themes list in Xcelsius.

Xcelsius 2008 Service Pack 3

1.  Launch Xcelsius.

2.  Go to Format -> Theme menu.

3.  Notice that the Phase theme is missing in the Themes window.

This issue has been identified and logged under Problem Report ID: ADAPT01463495.

This issue has been resolved in Xcelsius Service Pack 3 Fix Pack 3.3.
