1544183 - The openDocument link in Web Intelligence displays an error message when the title of the target document contains an em dash.

Symptom

  • Using the EM Dash character in the openDocument link where the title of the target document uses an EMdash(-) character does not open.
  • It should open the document successfully in XI 3.1 as it does in XIR2.
