Symptom
- Cannot logon in Infoview or BI Launch Pad or Explorer with SSO authetnication: error HTTP 404 received
- The following error message is generated in the stdout.log file:
{ERROR} [localhost].[/InfoViewApp] Thread [Thread-1]; Exception starting filter authFiltercom.wedgetail.idm.sso.ConfigException: Could not validate keytab [caused by: GSSException: Failure unspecified at GSS-API level (Mechanism level: com.dstc.security.kerberos.KerberosConfigException: Could not resolve KDC from DNS SRV record: java.net.UnknownHostException: DC.DOMAIN.COM)]
