1544606 - In BOE XI 3.1, the format settings of a migrated Crystal Report instance, are retained over the migration, however the configured setting is not displayed in destination.

Symptom

The format settings for a crystal report instance set to Microsoft Excel with the custom setting 'Show Gridlines' checked, no longer appear the same after migration.
Instead the tick box 'Use the export options defined in the report' is checked.
The format settings are still retained; however the configured options are not displayed correct in the destination environment.
Un-checking the option 'Use the export options defined in the report' does not display the configured format setting.
