Symptom

For QAAWS, extra session validation is required in Xcelsius 2008 SP3.

Environment

Xcelsius 2008 Service Pack 3

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a sample QAAWS query.
  2. Create a sample dashboard based on the above sample query.
  3. Go to Data -> Connections and navigate to Usage tab.
  4. Enable the option 'Refresh before components are loaded'.
  5. Install the Fiddler tool and launch it.
  6. Preview the sample dashboard and see the number of HTTP request created in the Fiddler tool.
  7. The HTTP requests generated are more by Xcelsius 2008 Service Pack 3 as that of Xcelsius 2008 Service Pack 2.

This issue has been identified and logged under Problem Report ID ADAPT01393352

Resolution

This issue has been addressed by Fix Pack 3.2.
