• To find the downloads of service packs and fixed packs of Business Objects Products.
• Where to find different patches of Business Objects Products?

1. Log on to the SAP service market place by this link:

    Service.sap.com/support

2. Click on “Software Downloads” tab as shown in the figure below.

3. Click on “Support Packages and Patches” tab as shown in the figure below.

4. Click on "Browse our Download Catalog" as shown in the figure below.

5. Click on "Business Objects Portfolio" as shown in the figure below.

6. You will get the list of  Business Objects Products.

7. You can click on the desired product and can go further by clicking on the desired service packs and fix packs.
