1545924 - "It is not a allowed Win32-Application." when installing BI 4 using an existing Oracle DB

Symptom

During the installation of BI 4 using an existing Oracle database [eg Oracle 10g (10.2.0.1.0)] for the CMS Repository Database an error message appears:

"It is not a allowed Win32-Application."

The installation of the 64-Bit Oracle-Client "102010_win64_x64_client" does not fix the problem
