1547160 - Employee List in Supplier Accounts View of Payables Work Center Only Shows Fraction of Employees

You are not able to find all the employees in Supplier Accounts view of Payables work center. Instead, system only shows a few employees in the list.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Payables work center.
2. Select the Supplier Accounts view.
3. Select All Employees in dropdown menu of Show field.
4. Only a few employees are visible in the list.

This is correct system behaviour. In employee list in Supplier Accounts view of Payables work center, system only shows the list of employees who have pending payout transaction (employee creates an expense report, it is approved by the manager but the amount has not been paid to the employee).

System behaves as designed.
