1547536 - Error: "Csprintdlg" while printing report from Crystal Reports designer 2008

Crystal report can not be printed from Crystal Reports designer. Shows following error
Error : "Csprintdlg"

• Crystal Reports 2008 SP3
• Windows XP SP3

1. Open a report in Crystal Reports designer.
2. Click on File >> Print and it shows above error.

• The problem was identified in a particular environment. There is some problem in the files Windows stored in a Temp folder at following location.

C:\DOCUME~1\<user>> > directory>\LOCALS~1\Temp.

• Crystal Reports also uses this folder to temporarily save the copy of the report. This copy of report becomes corrupt and it shows error.

1. Ensure that the Windows local user has rights on Temp folder.
2. Delete all content of the Temp folder which is not used by any application.
3. Relaunch Crystal Reports designer and check the issue.
