1547689 - Error: "Web Intelligence cannot perform the intended action on this document (WIS 30650)" when trying to open the Web Intelligence Document in InfoView in BusinessObjects Enterprise XI R2.

Symptom

  • Opening an existing Web Intelligence Document throws the error “Web Intelligence cannot perform the intended action on this document (WIS 30650)".
  • Creating a new Web Intelligence Document throws the error "Universe not found (WIS00501)".
  • Creating Desktop Intelligence Report throws the error “Exception: CS, it is not an RSS file”.
