Symptom
- Report uses Calibri font
- Export to PDF from the Crystal Reports designer is rendered correctly
- Export to PDF from the Crystal Report viewer for VS .NET results in the 'i' character added after every lower case 't'
- Another reported variation; "lit" is displayed as "litt"
Cause
- The file USP10.dll was loading from the c:\windows\system directory
Resolution
- Ensure the USP10.dll is loading from the Crystal Reports bin directory
