1548006 - In Transaction CL02/CL03, new value for a characteristic is not displayed.

Symptom

  •  A new value is added to a characteristic and saved.
  •  The new value is not reflected in the list of values for the characteristic when viewed through transaction CL02/CL03.
  •  The new value is displayed correctly for the characteristic in CT04.
