1548705 - Component's font color is overridden when Alerts are enabled

Symptom

There is different behaviour of font color and Alerts in Dashboard Design (Xcelsius):

  1. Service Pack 2: the Alert changes the component's background color only, not the font color
  2. Service Pack 3: the Alert changes the component's background color and the font color as well

In Service Pack 3 the color could be bound to an excel cell (Dynamically set color) or manually selected, in Service Pack 2 the color needs to be manually selected.
