1549567 - WebI reports don't refresh and time out due to WebI Report Server process memory consumption.

Symptom

  • cannot refresh WebI reports in Infoview when having multiple queries and local variables
  • cannot use WebIntelligence Infoview
  • WebI Report Server goes up in memory

(Works fine using WebI Rich Client XI 3.1 SP3 FP3.3)
