1549823 - Inconsistent behaviors between DeskI & WebI when saving documents with a corporate category to a personal folder

• Error: "You do not have the right to add objects to the folder"
• Desktop Intelligence (DeskI) documents with a corporate category cannot be saved to a personal folder (My Folders/Favorites Folder) with XI 3.1 Fix Pack (FP) 3.2
• Whereas DeskI, Web Intelligence (WebI) documents with a corporate category can be saved to a personal folder with with XI 3.1 FP 3.2
• When a Webi document with a corporate category is saved to a personal folder successfully, the corporate category is unchecked automatically with XI 3.1 SP3 FP 3.2
• DeskI and WebI documents with a corporate category can be saved to a personal folder successfully and the corporate category is unchecked automatically with XI R2
