Symptom

  • Documents on Blackberry emulator break after about 2 minutes
  • Issue occurs on all documents
  • Issue occurs when documents are viewed and left idle for about 2 minutes
  • Error: "JVM Error 104 Uncaught: CMDisconnectedException"
  • clicking continue or Enter leads to further Error: Dismiss Network unavailable (0x14) (0x17)
