Symptom
- Users cannot login to Infoview or CMC on any of the 4 Tomcat servers.
- All 4 CMS and Tomcat servers are up and running
- Network connectivity among all 4 servers has been checked to be fine
- when clicking on the Login button to Infoview, the status bar shows that it is in the loading page but instead stays frozen at same position.
- Upon restarting that specific tomcat server, users can login twice before the same issue starts happening again.
- After stopping both tomcat servers and re-starting just one tomcat server customer logged in successfully 3-4 times,
on the 4th login attempt the browser hung at "Cleanup in progress please wait"
