1552092 - Error "Live Office has encountered a problem and cannot complete the requested action. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Object reference not set to an instance of an object" when Universe query is selected from Excel sheet

Symptom

  • When universe query is selected from excel, then the following error is thrown "Live Office has encountered a problem and cannot complete the requested action. We are sorry for the inconvenience.Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
  • When clicked on Live Office Web Intelligence, it is not showing all the folders, instead it is showing empty Recent folder.
