Symptom

  • Saving Web Intelligence (WebI) documents to PDF, Excel or CSV from Java Report Panel results in producing a blank Internet Explorer (IE) page
  • Instead of displaying "Download file" dialog, IE displays a blank page and it stays even after a file has been successfully saved
