1554536 - PCM: Application event log reports “PCM Security Service : Database/Failed/GetSignOnType Database error"

Symptom

After upgrading from PCM v7.0 to 7.5 in an Oracle environment then starting PCM for the first time the following message appeared in the Application Server application even log:

“PCM Security Service : Database/Failed/GetSignOnType Database error" 

This error never appeared again but does this mean that the installation is compromised?
