1554844 - Hyperlink to file location doesn't work if report is viewed or saved in PDF format.

• A Web Intelligence report contains a hyperlink referring to a file on a network location.  It's working fine when viewed in HTML mode, however when viewed in PDF format, the link is is not working.
• The same symptom occurs when saving the report to PDF from Infoview or Web Intelligence Rich Client, as well as scheduling it.
• The URL for the hyperlink is changed to something like the following in PDF:

file:///C|/Documents%and%Settings/Administrator/Local%Settings/Temporary%Internet%Files/Content.IE5/IH3H33RJ/\Network location\Folder\File.txt
