1557417 - Refresh all button and Goto object button on Live Office tool bar are greyed out when inserting Live Office object from embedded Excel

Using Live Office object from a embedded Excel file the option for Refresh all and Goto Object are greyd out

1. Launch Xcelsius.
2. Check Live Office compatibility mode, check this by click on File and then Preference.
3. Navigate to Excel Options dialog.
4. Insert LO object from embedded Excel.

This was escalated to Product Group under reference number: ADAPT01116755 and was postponed as this is a limitation with Excel

The details updated by Product group is "This is not a regression. The root reason is because of the limitation of Excel itself. The tool bar works specially with the embedded Excel. The Live Office tool bar seen in Xcelsius is NOT the one that Live Office is manipulating.

There are two kinds of tool bar in Excel. One is for application level, which is shared among opened workbooks. Another is for workbook level, which is separated one, and only works for embedded workbook. What Live Office manipulates is for application level. Besides the tool bar for workbook level is originated from application level. This is why we see the "workbook level" toolbar is exactly same as "application level" at the beginning.

Since, when importing xls in Xcelsius, LO is really working well with opened xls. It has already update the status of toolbar (the "application level" one instead of "workbook level" one). So it is found the tool bar status is incorrect"
