1559812 - Unable to connect to Wily Introscope Webview or Wily Introscope Workstation because of error "EM Failed to start. Java heap space"

• Attempting to connect to Wily Introscope Webview displays 404 error even though the Introscope Enterprise Manager service is running
• Attempting to connect using Wily Workstation displays a message that it is unable to download the application
• In some cases, the Introscope Enterprise Manager service fails to start

In the IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.log, the following error is displayed:
