1562322 - Connection Server generating core dumps when refreshing Desktop Intelligence reports in 3-tier mode

Symptom

  • Refreshing Desktop Intelligence reports in 3-tier causes Connection Server to core dump on Linux server.
  • GDB debug of core dump reveals that the core dump was generated by Connection Server.

Partial the back trace of the core is as follows:

   from /bo/sybase/ASIQ-12_7/lib/libdbtasks9_r.so
#4  <signal handler called>
#5  0x0809f7be in std::_Rb_tree_base_iterator::_M_increment ()
