Symptom

Data does not display on the dashboard when QAAWS is used as data source in Crystal Xcelsius 4.5

Environment

Crystal Xcelsius 4.5

Reproducing the Issue

1. Create a Query As A Web Service.
2. Launch Crystal Xcelsius 4.5.
3. Add a Web Connector component.
4. Go to Properties\Select Web Service and paste the QAAWS query.
5. Map the query fields with cells in Excel sheet.
6. Insert login and password details into the Web Connector properties.
7. Preview the dashboard.No results will be displayed.

Cause

The issue is coming due to the Tomcat cache.

Resolution

Clear the cache for Tomcat and restart the server.
