1562807 - InfoView and CMC gets HTTP 404 error after upgraded from FP2.2 to SP3 on Edge XI 3.1

Symptom

  • Applying Service Pack 3 to Edge BI 3.1 FP2.2 is successfully done
  • When opening InfoView or CMC, page is partially drawn and gets HTTP 404 error
  • In log file of WACS, the following error is recorded

14:29:14,704 ERROR [ContextConfig] Parse error in application web.xml file at jndi:/tomcathost/PlatformServices/WEB-INF/web.xml
java.lang.RuntimeException: com.businessobjects.clientaction.shared.view.NamedContentViewServlet in classloader businessobjects/PlatformServices/12/war
