  • Rescheduling a Web Intelligence successful instance to Microsoft Excel or PDF returns the error "proxy error ($proxy4 or $proxy7)" or times out immediately
  • If a Web Intelligence report is reschedule with format Excel or PDF > select the option "WebI Process..Settings" > the error "proxy error ($proxy4 or $proxy7)" is displayed
