1563986 - Content type-specific Copy/ Paste rights are not applied

Content type-specific rights (Adobe Acrobat, Web Intelligence Report, Folder, etc) are not applied if the right is not set on the General level. For example, "Add object to the folder" right set at the "Web Intelligence Report" content will not be applied if the user does not have the right applied at the general level.

Also, when the "Add objects to the folder" right is denied at the "Content > Folder" level adding objects is denied regardless of the content type to be added.
