Symptom

Spreadsheet Table with formatted background does not display negative percentages

Environment

  • Xcelsius 2008 Service Pack 3
  • Microsoft Office 2007

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create an Xcelsius dashboard with Spreadsheet Table
  2. Map it with the excel data with formatted background 
  3. Try to preview it 
  4. The negative percentages are not displayed
  5. Remove the formatted background from excel
  6. Map it back to Spreadsheet Table and preview it
  7. The negative percentages are displayed

Cause

This has been identified as a bug and has been logged under ADAPT01437934

Resolution

This issue is scheduled to be addressed in a future Fix Pack or Service Pack.
